The 6″size sub spindle have been enlarged, improving the efficiency of work involving sub spindle.
Latest generation BMT turret increases tool performance and rigidity by securing each tool with 4 screws. Overall cutting power and capability has been improved for all applications, including; milling, drillingand tapping.
Roller type guideways offer improved rigidity due to the increased surface contact with the guideway. Repeatability and accuracy are both increased dramatically as a result.
All axis are driven by large diameter, high precision double-nut ball screws. The double pretension design provides outstanding positioning and repeatability with virtually no thermal growth.
The C axis is capable of 0.001° control with 100 rpm positioning speed. Contour machining with the C axis is also possible, enabling the operator to machine outer shapes and pockets using live tool.
