    Fixed Type Column
    The LV500 Series is designed with a fixed column to minimize vibration during axial movements.

    Max. Turning Dia
    Due to the structural characteristics of fixed column vertical turning centers, when the length of the workpiece exceeds a certain length the maximum turning diameter decreases. But with the optimally designed side cover of LV500 Series, the maximum turning diameter of Ø550(Ø21.7″) is possible regardless of workpiece length.

    Balance Cylinder (Hydraulic)
    The balance cylinder stabilizes the Z-axis movement by minimizing impact during movement.
