Rigidity is improved by enlarging the spindle’s diameter and increasing thickness. Also, desinged with angular contact bearings, high precision is maintained.
Built-In Sub Spindle
The 6˝ sub spindle with C-axis control offers wide range of machining and better machining ability.
Machining with Sub Spindle
When machining is done at the main spindle, the sub spindle and the main spindle rotate in synchronization and work piece is moved to the sub spindle where back side of it can be machined. This improves productivity.
Mill Tool Holder
Machining capabilities have been increased with the addition of a Straight Milling Head, which can remove material from the side of the workpiece, and an Angular Milling Head, which can perform I.D. operations.
BMT Tooling System
With Y-axis and various milling tools, such as multi-holder where a holder can accommodate several tools, hobbing holder etc., machining high value products is possible.
